As many as 812 projects have been completed in the Karnali Province in the fiscal year 2021/22, the Ministry of Water Resources and Energy Development in the Province said.

The Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers released the data during a review programme organised today.

The Ministry’s Officiating Secretary Gopal Sharma said that, out of 2,725 projects implemented in the province, 812 projects were completed in a year. 

Similarly, the implementation of 147 drinking water projects based on a multi-year contract is underway.

Likewise, as many as 64 consecutive projects are likely to conclude within the current fiscal year 2022/23 and 73 new projects will be implemented this year.
