Living with ICT, the organisers of the ICT Awards, have announced the names of the best 12 startups, products and innovations for the top honours.

Under the award, the organisers have picked the final 12 candidates for Startup ICT Award, Product ICT Award and Rising Star ICT Award.

A total of 45 startups in the startup category, 36 products in the product category and 52 students' innovative ideas in the rising star category of the ICT Award applied for the most prestigious award in the field of Information and Communication Technology, the ICT Awards organising committee said.

Razan Lamsal, coordinator of the committee, said that the jury committee comprising 13 members and the advisory committee of 15 members selected the names of the best 12 after two rounds of selection from the applications received.

Among the top 12 startups are Area Technology, BIC Technology, Bihe Nepal, Cura Health, Danson Solutions, Digital Learning Nepal, Fresh KTM Agro, Kaicho Group, Monal Tech, Pick and Drop, Red Tail Fox and Ringage Tech.

The top 12 products include BDMS Pro, Bihe Nepal, Decision Mentor, Dino CRM, Finpus, Galli Maps, Loan Automation System (Credit X Micro), Ringage Voice Broadcasting, School Works Pro, Smart Office, Tig and Vairav ​​Trident.

Among the top 12 student-made innovations selected are Ask Mattrab, Commercialization of Autonomous Eagle Eye on Manned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), Karobar App, MeasureMe.AI, Mero Swasthya, Nayan, Neptu, Python Voice Assistant, Sarang, SOL Bin, Tiscan and Spasta Nepali.

Startups, products, and rising star innovations that have made it to the top 12 will participate in a presentation and speed dating session on November 5. Also taking place on the occasion, will be Startup and Idea Fest programme where the best 5 will be selected.

The selection process of awards in nine other categories is ongoing. Online nominations were opened for 12 different categories from July 17. The grand finale of the ICT Awards 2022 is scheduled for December 23.
