Four killed in Taplejung tractor accident
The tractor fell around 200 metres off the dirt road

Four people have died in a tractor accident in Taplejung district in eastern Nepal.
The accident happened near Mauwakhola rural municipality-4, Yamphewa rivulet in Taplejung on Tuesday night. Tractor driver Pasang Sherpa, 31, and Furwa Sherpa, 24, of Mauwakhola ward-5, Kamsang and Sharmeela Sherpa, 22, and Laki Sherpa, 17, of the same family from Mauwakhola-4 died in accident, according to Bijaya Prakash Benem, chairperson of Mauwakhola rural municipality.
The four died on the spot, he said, adding that the tractor had fallen around 200 metres off the road.
Banem said the tractor was heading for Kamsang from Tellabung. - RSS
