The winners will pocket Rs1 million and the runners-up Rs500,000. The tournament’s best player will receive Rs50,000, the best batter and bowler will get Rs20,000 each. The best emerging player will receive Rs10,000.

Defending champions Tribhuvan Army Cup will clash with APF in the opener at the TU cricket ground on October 30, with NPC taking on Bagmati Province at the Mulpani cricket ground the same day.
The semi-finals will take place on November 10, with the final scheduled on November 12.

The departmental sides have dominated the competition since its inception in 2017. NPC and TAC were declared joint winners of the inaugural tournment after the final was called off due to rain.

APF lifted the title in 2018, beating TAC in the final by six wickets. TAC reached the final again in 2019 but suffered a four-wicket loss to NPC.

TAC were lucky in their fourth attempt in 2021 when they clinched the trophy, overcoming the challenge of  APF by 33 runs in the final.
